Tree Fest of Children's Books
2010
Seventh Annual Tree Fest
The Tree Fest
Committee met on March 31, 2010 to discuss the Seventh Annual
Tree Fest of Children's Books. At that meeting we reviewed
Tree Fest 2009, discussed some changes for 2010, set a schedule
for 2010 (see below) and discussed ways to hopefully make this
upcoming Tree Fest the best one ever!
Tree Fest will again be held at the Social Hall at All Saints
Episcopal Church which will again be filled to overflowing with
beautifully decorated trees and wreaths, as we celebrate this
much-loved community event which promotes childhood literacy.
Each tree or wreath is decorated to the theme of a children's
book selected by the decorator. The participating
decorators provide a wide
representation of the community.
We're inviting everyone to our Tree Fest Opening Reception
on Friday, 12/3 at 7 p.m. Come enjoy some terrific food
and browse the wonderful trees! Be sure to join us at:
All Saints Episcopal Church, 129 N. Market St., Selinsgrove. Parking
on the street and in the back lot.
